Wasting MoneyWelcome to today’s Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies:  AER Energy Resources (AERN) and American Community Development Group (ACYD).

Here we identify a few of the “bogus” promotions that are going on in penny stocks today.

Without further ado, here are today’s “disasters waiting to happen”:

AER Energy Resources (AERN)

AER Energy is in the North American crude oil business.  You may recall we warned you about AERN back on October 7th and again on October 14th.  Since we first exposed the company, the shares have fallen from $0.09 down to $0.0074 today.  That’s a 92% loss!

NYC Marketing was paid $7,000 for distribution of email and marketing services for one day.

American Community Development Group (ACYD)

American Community Development Group acquires and develops low cost housing in the US for parolees, former substance abusers, and the financially disadvantaged.  The company has a lifetime loss of over $1.8 million.

The shares currently trade near $0.007.

OTC Penny Picks was paid $45,000 to hype ACYD.

A final word (and warning).

These are just a few of the current inglorious “pump and dumps”.
