Pump and DumpWelcome to today’s Pump and Dump Alerts, where we will be exposing these two companies:  Feel Golf Co. (FEEL) and Boldface Group (BLBK).

Here we identify a couple of the potentially “bogus” promotions going on in penny stocks today.

Without further ado, here are today’s “disasters waiting to happen”:

Feel Golf Co. (FEEL)

Feel Golf Company is a manufacturer of golf clubs and golf grips designed by PGA Professionals.  FEEL sells to major US sporting goods retailers, online sellers, and other partners in over 30 countries worldwide.  In Feb 2011, Feel Golf purchased the assets of Pro Line Sports, the supplier of the market leading ball retrievers.

FEEL has failed to report any financial statements since September of 2011.  In that quarter, the company lost $941,986.

Right now, this penny stock is trading near $0.005.

Penny Stock Chief was paid $40,000 to pump shares of FEEL.   

Boldface Group (BLBK)

BOLDFACE Group provides licensing services for entertainment celebrity and designer brands operating in the beauty market.  BLBK services cover products such as color cosmetics, hair preparations, fragrances, home fragrances, skin care among other beauty products.  The company was formerly known as Boldface Licensing + Branding, but changed their name in May 2012.

Currently shares of this penny stock now trade near $0.50.

Buzz Stocks was paid $5,000 to tout shares of BLBK.

These are just a few of the potential “pump and dumps” we’ve seen lately.
