Without further ado, here are today’s “disasters waiting to happen”:
iTrackr Systems (IRYS)
iTrackr Systems is an e-commerce software and services company that develops, markets, and commercializes an online application for product and inventory search. IRYS runs a social networking website, itrackr.com. For the first nine months of 2011, IRYS lost $637,986.
Shares of this penny stock currently trade near $0.79.
Investor Soup was paid $30,000 by Sherwood Ventures, LLC to pump shares of IRYS.
NavStar Technologies (NVSR)
NavStar Technologies provides products and services for tracking, monitoring, and reporting the location and condition of high value cargo. NVSR primarily offers commercial GPS tracking and monitoring products.
We exposed NVSR back on December 1, 2011 for the promo being run by Penny Stock Spy (they were paid $2,500). Shares were trading at $0.20 back then.
Currently, NVSR shares are trading near $0.14.
Stock Hideout was paid $7,500 to hype shares of NVSR.
A final word (and warning).
