Here we identify a few of the “bogus” promotions that are going on in penny stocks today.

Without further ado, here are today’s “disasters waiting to happen”:

Varca Ventures (VRCV)

Varca Ventures is a mining exploration stage company that engages in the exploration of mineral properties.  The company owns and leases 15 patented lode mining claims.  VRCV has no SEC filings.

This penny stock is currently trading around $0.75.

Alpha Penny Stock was paid $4,000 by Wall St. Hustler, LLC to promote VRCV.

KMA Global Solutions International (KMAG)

KMA Global Solutions International manufactures and supplies electronic article surveillance tagging for the apparel, multimedia, and pharmaceutical industries worldwide.  KMAG’s products include their NEXTag RF sew-on labels.

The shares currently trade near $0.0011.

Penny Stock Rumor was paid $3,000 to hype shares of KMAG.

These are just a few of the current inglorious “pump and dumps”.
